NEXT FRIDAY SESSION = 20th April 2018

Spring Migration at Pegwell Bay

10 am to 3 pm

Spring migration will be in full swing.  Swallows, martins, warblers, wagtails, chats and a variety of other small birds will be arriving.  Wetland birds such as whimbrel, greenshank and common tern will be using Pegwell Bay as a stop over before continuing with their spring migrations.  Birds will be establishing their territories through song and display.  At this exciting time of year there is a good chance of spotting a more unusual species such as osprey, spoonbill or hoopoe.

Cost £12 / person
