In addition to weekend bird identification courses and trips, day sessions take place on the third Friday of the month at a variety of birdwatching sites in Kent (see below for details of the next session).  As always the aim is to improve birdwatching skills and provide advice on how to identify the different species of birds in a friendly and informal atmoshere.

This beautiful ancient woodland, with its veteran beeches and oaks, is home to a wide variety of species including nuthatch, treecreeper, marsh tit, siskin, firecrest, bullfinch, crossbill and the much sought after lesser spotted woodpecker.
